We are pleased to announce that Design and Management Consultants Limited, a special purpose vehicle set up to make the acquisition, has completed the purchase of the trade and assets of Elluc Projects Limited. Design and Management Consultants Limited provides drainage consultancy advice to major and smaller residential builders.
Twelve months ago, Stuart Fraser reached out to Foxley Kingham for corporate finance advice regarding a potential management buyout of the company. Although the initial acquisition structure didn’t go through, Stuart and Steve kept in touch, and when the right opportunity arose in the New Year, they were able to move forward quickly with a revised approach—purchasing the trade and assets rather than pursuing a share acquisition.
Foxley Kingham were appointed to provide a full deal management services to support in the negotiations, manage the transaction through from heads of terms to completion, financial and commercial due diligence.
