The Government’s Making Tax Digital (MTD) initiative means an increasing number of businesses will need to keep digital accounting records and submit their returns to HMRC online. Although initially, this is a significant change for many, particularly small, businesses, the increased quality of financial records will bring business benefits. We use Xero, and we are also experts in QuickBooks and Sage. Since most accounting software performs the same functions, if you pay for your own software, we can work with it, whatever it is.

How we work

FoxKash, our new, independent service from Foxley Kingham is designed to give you expert online bookkeeping support. Sitting alongside our established offering, FoxKash offers dedicated online accounting at an affordable price. We will help you to meet your filing obligations with the minimum of stress and cost, so we have developed a number of ways to support you.

Not only will FoxKash help you file your returns online to the fulfilment of HMRC’s MTD requirements, but we’ll help you benefit from increased quality of financial information. As a business, you’ll be able to plan more accurately, make more informed decisions and be better equipped to make future projections.   

Some of the ways we can help you at FoxKash with MTD: 

• If you are confident about moving to an electronic accounting package, we are certified users of SAGE, Xero and QuickBooks. Through our dedicated online accounting service FoxKash, we’ll provide you with the relevant licences and support your changeover
• If you are less confident about moving to electronic accounting but would like to give it a try, our certified software team will set you up, train and support you. We won’t just leave you to it, we will review your entries regularly and provide advice and feedback as a pre-check ahead of any HMRC submission
• If online accounting doesn’t appeal to you, our independent FoxKash service is specifically designed to provide you with online bookkeeping support at a sensible budget. FoxKash has an easy-to-understand, transparent fee structure, with dedicated team members to take tasks off your hands, answer queries and work with you to not only meet your filing obligations but to make the most of the technology
