Manufacturing and engineering
A struggling economy, fierce global competition and spiralling costs have all made it increasingly difficult for manufacturing and engineering businesses to maintain margins and remain competitive.
Our specialist sector manufacturing and engineering team will help you maximise opportunities and plan ahead for improved resilience and contingency. We work to help you develop; whatever economic conditions exist.
How we work
With many years’ experience acting for manufacturing and engineering clients of all shapes and sizes, we have a particular insight into the unique accounting, financing and operational challenges you face, and the tax planning opportunities that may apply to you. You will have a specialist adviser assigned to you, who will be your contact for any issues you need help with. As a result of our long-time work in this field, we are able to offer exactly the clear, practical and proactive advice you need to meet these challenges head on, as well as offer a full range of additional support services to help you to develop and grow the business.
Some of the other ways we can help your manufacturing and engineering business include:

- Raising finance and/or releasing funds that may currently be tied up in your business

- Managing your payroll
Chancellor Rishi Sunak on 3rd March unveiled the contents of his Budget in the House of Commons.
Setting out the government’s tax and spending plans for the year ahead, he announced new measures to help business and jobs through the pandemic and to support the UK’s long-term economic recovery.
There is a lot of anticipation that measures being introduced in the next budget in March will add to the struggle of many companies during the continued COVID-19 pandemic.
What clients think
“I have used Foxley Kingham as my accountants since I set up my company nearly 20years ago. My account manager has been a single point of contact all that time, which in itself says a lot about a company’s ability to retain staff. That consistency has meant they understand my company, what it does and what it needs in terms of advice.”
