In 2018 our cycle team cycled the London to Windsor, in 2019 the London to Brighton and last year they cycled over 50 miles around hilly Bedfordshire to fundraise for our local charity partners. This year our cycle team are taking on Ride Essex on Sunday 4th September.
The organisers of Ride Essex describe the 64-mile ride as characterised by ‘a journey through quiet villages and the farmlands of Essex where the undulations will have you in and out of the saddle’. Our team are training hard to ensure that they are able to really enjoy this beautiful ride and not feel the burn too much.
